The Illinois Finance Authority strives to provide professional, comprehensive management of your project—from the day you call to inquire about a possibility, to the day you receive your funds. To help assure your project moves smoothly and efficiently, we have prepared the following guidelines to working with us. If at any time you have questions, please contact a Funding Manager at your nearest IFA office.
Bond Program Handbook
